I am living in Australian time and as Amazon seems to be controlled by the U.S. I'm not actually too sure of exactly when it goes on sale. But if you live in the U.S. or any other country where it is not yet the 23rd, then it's probably not on sale. But fear not, they're not likely to run out of downloads.
